BWS delivered the opening keynote for Girls in STEAM, a Canadian nonprofit dedicated to advancing STEAM education for girls. The talk, From Concept to Impact: The Intersection of STEAM, Equity & Leadership, explored the intersection of STEAM, leadership, and diversity, highlighting challenges and opportunities for inclusion. BWS shared insights on building an organization centered on women of colour and creating spaces for education, growth, and connection.
